Welcome to Kingdom Story. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

General Terms

All services, courses, publishing packages, and products provided by Kingdom Story are faith-based and mission-driven.
Kingdom Story reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Publishing Packages

1. Scope of Work

The scope of work and deliverables will be agreed upon during your discovery call and through subsequent scheduling of project milestones.
Where included in a Publishing Package, services are limited to one (1) round of editing and/or one (1) cover design concept with revisions.
Additional editing rounds, design concepts, or extensive revisions are not included in the base package and may be offered at the discretion of Kingdom Story, subject to additional fees.
Any additional work requested outside of the agreed scope may require a new agreement or additional fees.
All manuscripts and publishing materials must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Google Docs format. Kingdom Story does not accept Apple Pages, PDFs, or other formats for publishing services.

2. Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued for all Publishing Packages and services.
Payment must be made in full (or according to the agreed payment schedule) before services begin.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Late or missed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable once work begins.

3. Invoice Disclaimer

Each invoice issued by Kingdom Story will include key payment and service terms.
By paying an invoice, the client agrees to those terms in full.
Clients are solely responsible for reading and understanding all terms listed on their invoice. Kingdom Story is not responsible if a client fails to review or read these terms.

4. Communication Policy

Kingdom Story values clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication in all client relationships.
To preserve our time, resources, and relationships, discrepancies or concerns will be addressed in no more than two communications: one initial response with a proposed solution, followed by one additional follow-up.
If the client does not accept the proposed resolution after these communications, Kingdom Story reserves the right to discontinue further discussion on the matter.
Kingdom Story also reserves the right to terminate services if communication becomes excessive, unproductive, or abusive.
Discontinued communication does not alter the payment terms or entitle the client to a refund.

5. Package Descriptions Disclaimer

Each Publishing Package has its own specific inclusions and deliverables.
Not all packages include editing, cover design, or other creative services.
Clients must review the description of their selected package for the exact services provided.
Kingdom Story is not responsible for assumptions about services not explicitly listed in the package purchased.

6. Intellectual Property (Author Content)

Authors retain all rights to their manuscript and content.
Kingdom Story retains the right to use project examples (without revealing sensitive or private details) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workshops, Courses & Events

Payments for workshops, courses, or live events are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future event at Kingdom Story’s discretion.

Kingdom Story Intellectual Property

All content on the Kingdom Story website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, guides, templates, courses, and digital products, is the exclusive property of Kingdom Story and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without prior written consent from Kingdom Story.
Permission is granted to download or print materials from the website only for personal, non-commercial use.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Kingdom Story’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

Trademarks

Kingdom Story and Publish Peace™ are trademarks of Kingdom Story.
These names, logos, taglines, and related branding elements may not be used in connection with any product, service, or organization that is not affiliated with Kingdom Story without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of Kingdom Story trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All Kingdom Story trademarks, whether registered or unregistered, are protected under applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Story is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We make no guarantees regarding book sales, publishing success, or income resulting from our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Your State], and any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
